German metal legends Sodom's early recording career yielded two superb albums in the form of 1987's 'Persecution Mania' and 1989's 'Agent Orange, which set the bar extraordinarily high, not only for themselves, but for Teutonic thrash in general. Their subsequent records, while worthy, failed to hit the same heights and many questioned whether the band had another classic album in them. 2001's 'M16' emphatically proved the naysayers wrong.
