At first mistaken for yet another Black Metal band, OTARGOS have never stopped evolving throughout their already two-decade long career always pushing their Blackened Death Metal further into darkness adding even more personality with each new album and the new one, their seventh full-length 'Flesh-borer Soulflayer' marking the return of former guitarist Asta-roth and the first studio recording with the band of new drummer Michale Martin (ex-Exocrine, ex-Fleshdoll) is no exception pushing the band even further into darker, heavier and more brutal territories.
If previous album 'Xeno Kaos' was mixing melodies, madness and ultra brutality this new one is all about being a monolith of darkness, heaviness and brutality in which all songs make it sound like a monolith of dark matter.
