Refund policy

If you cancel your purchase of Products within 7 days, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day we receive the returned Product or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing evidence of having sent back the Product. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, minus the cost of delivering the item to you via standard delivery, provided that you have taken reasonable care of it. If audio or video Products provided to you in a separate sealed packet are opened, you may not be entitled to a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you wish to return an item which is not faulty you have 14 days and you must cover return shipping.

DEFECTS & TURNTABLES

If the item is defective (e.g. a record skips or is audibly warped) we will do our best to replace it or offer a full refund if we can't. Please email photos / videos of the defect.

If a record is skipping please make sure your record player is properly set up and try adjusting the weight of your tonearm. If you have a turntable without an adjustable tonearm (e.g. all in one / suitcase / Crosley style) it is fairly common that playback issues can occur with otherwise playable records. We may ask you to try it on another turntable before offering a replacement.

In the event that we have to cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will notify you of our need to cancel your order and supply you with a refund as soon as possible.

COSMETIC DAMAGE

We ensure that every record we send is in the condition we have listed it. If the record is listed as NEW then your record will be shipped in mint condition and checked before posting. We use good quality, brand new mailers to ensure orders arrive in good condition.

Occasionally minor cosmetic damage (corner dents, seam splits or creases to the sleeve) can occur in shipping. Refunds will not be offered for minor cosmetic damage that has arisen during the shipping process, and should be taken up with your local postal service for damages. Records which are not shrinkwrapped at production will be removed from their outer sleeve prior to packing and posting. 

If you want to ensure your records are 100% blemish free we recommend ordering for collection.

We will always make any refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.

COLLECTION AT STORE

Please check our opening days and times before coming to collect your purchase. A full name and proof of purchase will be required.

Items for collection will be held at the shop for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any items not collected within 12 months will be resold and not eligible for refund.
